Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) into current product pipelines.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure seamless scalability and security for future workloads.
- Act as a strategic consultant to executive leadership, providing insights on tech trends and potential disruptions.
- Establish best practices for agile development and innovation management across the organization.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic planning.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and future tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
