Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technological roadmap for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Lead the research and prototyping of next-generation technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate future-proof architectures into current systems.
- Trend Forecasting: Analyze global technology shifts and produce white papers and briefings for the C-suite.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or strategic partnerships in the emerging tech space.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of strategic analysts and futurists, fostering a culture of innovation and critical thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic planning, or product development in a high-growth environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully forecasting and executing on long-term technology trends.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (MBA preferred).
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in uncertain environments.
