Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead architectural reviews and design sessions to ensure long-term scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge) relevant to the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate future trends into actionable technical specifications.
- Advocate for modern engineering practices, security standards, and cost-efficiency in long-term planning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technical planning initiatives and decadal roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and distributed systems.
- Strong ability to analyze future market trends and translate them into technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
