Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key innovation vectors and strategic priorities.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Bio-tech) to forecast their impact on our industry.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex strategic concepts to C-level executives and board members, translating data into actionable business insights.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key industry thought leaders and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Align cross-functional teams with long-term strategic goals to ensure maximum efficiency and impact.
- Scenario Planning: Develop 'what-if' models for various market scenarios to ensure business resilience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, MBA, or similar strategic certification is a plus.
