Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale machine learning systems and data pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Oversee the mentorship of junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate and select third-party AI tools and frameworks to optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
