Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for AI infrastructure upgrades, specifically targeting the capabilities required by the year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design resilient, high-throughput neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Future-Proofing Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, advanced LLMs) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem to ensure readiness for 2026 regulations and consumer demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, security experts, and engineers to translate futuristic visions into actionable engineering specifications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI bias, data privacy, and ethical usage, ensuring full compliance with anticipated 2026 global standards.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of AI engineers focused on long-term innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in AI engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into technical strategy for a future-focused product cycle.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, undefined technical problems.
- Communication: Superior ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
