Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define technical requirements and innovative solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies and future-proof our existing infrastructure against upcoming industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in technical workflows, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
