Responsibilities

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare conference rooms as required.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
