Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, managing the front desk reception area.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service skills.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar using digital tools.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document preparation to support office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area for all guests.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
