Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail/packages
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and maintain office supplies inventory
- Support HR and administrative functions with data entry and record maintenance
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge preparation and new hire orientations
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as expense report processing and invoice verification
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
- Uphold company security protocols and visitor management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist or administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
