Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel promptly.
- Manage the front desk area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception space.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and efficiency.
- Assist with basic data entry tasks and filing to maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Perform light administrative duties such as scheduling appointments or updating spreadsheets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general office inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
