Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone system
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accuracy
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic clerical tasks (data entry, filing, document preparation)
- Support administrative team with ad-hoc projects
