Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls to ensure timely communication.
- Managing the front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the office staff.
- Assisting with basic data entry and filing to maintain accurate records.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Qualifications
