Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally at the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the executive team.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
