Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it remains organized and tidy.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office staff.
- Vendor Relations: Handle incoming deliveries and interact with service vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in office support is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
