- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls with a polite and helpful tone, screen and route calls, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, maintain filing systems, and prepare correspondence as needed.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Office Operations: Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner, and manage office supplies inventory.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
