Your Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Managing the front desk, including check-in procedures for guests and clients.
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Assisting with basic office supply inventory and ordering.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
