- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executive staff.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies as needed.
- Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks to support team operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, busy office environment.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
- Must be available to start immediately.
