Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and inventory systems (minimum 40 WPM)
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee record updates

Qualifications
