Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries regarding the company.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate preferred (1-2 years).
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
