Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting all visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed to maintain digital records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and communications efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar using MS Outlook.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing and document preparation.
- Answer and route phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proven data entry skills with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available for immediate start and able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
