Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings across departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security badges
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Assist with onboarding new temporary staff
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills

- Portland-based with reliable transportation
