Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls with professionalism
- Greets visitors, manages appointments, and maintains visitor logs
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting setups
- Maintain clean, organized reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
