Your Role
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will set the tone for our company's reputation. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors warmly, answer phone calls professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and staff.

Qualifications
