Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and 99% accuracy.
- Update and maintain digital databases and filing systems to ensure records are current and accessible.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and packages.
- Assist with general office administration, including printing, scanning, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in receptionist or administrative support roles, with a strong emphasis on data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
