Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk reception area with professionalism, greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strict focus on accuracy, speed, and confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for seamless record retrieval.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executive staff.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
