Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk check-in process, including data entry and verification.
- Schedule appointments and manage the practice's calendar efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, and supply ordering.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
