Job Description
Join NeuroSync Labs at the forefront of cognitive interface design as we pioneer quantum-entangled user experiences for 2026. We're seeking a visionary researcher to decode human-brain-computer interaction patterns and transform how people engage with emerging technologies. This role blends neuroscience, AI ethics, and next-gen UX paradigms to create interfaces that anticipate needs before they're consciously expressed.
Our multidisciplinary team operates at the intersection of biometric sensing, predictive analytics, and neural feedback systems. You'll develop experimental protocols for testing consciousness-level interfaces while ensuring ethical deployment of neuro-adaptive technologies. This is your chance to shape the future of human-machine symbiosis.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct quantum-cognitive experiments using fNIRS and EEG-integrated prototypes
- Develop predictive models for neural-pattern-based user intent recognition
- Create ethical frameworks for biometric data collection and neural privacy
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize interface response algorithms
- Document findings in peer-reviewed publications and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers in neuro-UX methodologies
- Present breakthroughs at international conferences (CES 2026, NeuroTech Summit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years experience with neural interface testing (BCI/EEG/fNIRS)
- Published research in quantum cognition or predictive human behavior modeling
- Expertise in Python-based neuroinformatics libraries (MNE-Python, PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of ISO 23973:2026 neuro-ethics standards
- Experience with VR/AR neurofeedback systems (Meta Quest Pro, HoloLens 3)
- Certification in Quantum UX Design (QUXD) from IAI 2025
