Job Description
Step into the future with NeuroSync Technologies! We're seeking a pioneering Quantum UX Architect to redefine human-machine interaction for our 2026 product ecosystem. Join our Austin-based innovation lab where you'll architect immersive neural interfaces and adaptive AI experiences that anticipate user needs before they're expressed. This role blends neuroscience, quantum computing, and radical empathy to create interfaces that feel like extensions of consciousness itself. If you thrive at the intersection of bleeding-edge technology and profound human understanding, your legacy starts here.
We offer unparalleled resources for experimentation, a culture that rewards intellectual bravery, and compensation packages designed to attract visionaries. Your work will directly shape how humanity interacts with technology in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype quantum-entangled neural interfaces for 2026-era AR/VR platforms
- Develop predictive UX frameworks using generative AI and biometric data analysis
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in neuro-ergonomics and quantum interaction design
- Architect adaptive systems that evolve with user neural patterns across 5+ year lifecycles
- Conduct longitudinal neuro-UX studies using quantum-encrypted neural sensors
- Translate complex quantum computing concepts into intuitive human experiences
- Establish industry standards for ethical neural interface design and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum UX Design (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 8+ years designing interfaces for emerging technologies with 3+ in quantum or neural domains
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 deployed systems using biometric/EEG integration
- Deep expertise in quantum computing principles and their application to UX
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future interaction paradigms
- Proficiency in quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq) and neural interface SDKs
- Experience leading teams through technology paradigm shifts (e.g., VRβARβXR)
- Fluency in predictive modeling frameworks for human behavior in quantum environments
