- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment

- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years building fault-tolerant quantum systems with >100 qubit coherence
- Publication record in Nature/Science/Physical Review X
- Mastery of Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research funding
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, QASM)
