Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing infrastructure supporting 1000+ qubit operations by 2026
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems with cloud-native architectures
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity
- Establish quantum security frameworks resistant to post-quantum threats
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across physics, engineering, and AI domains
- Drive adoption of quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization
- Document quantum system blueprints and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record deploying quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
