Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid infrastructure for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, hardware engineers, and software developers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Architect secure communication channels for quantum-encrypted data networks
- Create migration pathways for classical systems to quantum-native environments
- Establish compliance frameworks for quantum computing governance and ethics
- Pioneer integration of AI-driven quantum optimization algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architecture
- Proven track record designing large-scale distributed computing systems
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with high-performance computing and HPC infrastructure
- Certification in quantum security protocols (NIST QKD standards preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
