Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop cryogenic control systems supporting 1000+ qubit coherence
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for next-gen security infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning frameworks
- Establish industry standards for quantum error correction and benchmarking
- Manage vendor relationships for quantum hardware and photonics components
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and HPC optimization
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and Majorana fermions
