Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical system integration frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies and fault-tolerant system designs
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and quantum interconnects
- Define security protocols for quantum networks and post-quantum cryptography
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum cloud service offerings
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum systems engineering best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proven track record in high-performance computing architecture
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
