Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and protocols optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical computing infrastructure
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum computing applications and security protocols
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum summits and industry conferences
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for quantum innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with demonstrated published research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and optimization techniques
