- Secure $10M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor quantum engineers through our proprietary 'Q-Path' training program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum supremacy or error mitigation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware architectures
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants ($5M+)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
