Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Create roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across healthcare and finance sectors
- Present strategic quantum initiatives to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing grants and partnerships
- Mentor next-generation quantum engineers in our fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing major research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Experience with hybrid cloud-quantum architectures
