Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and materials science
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor performance and error correction

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Secure research grants and partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our quantum computing curriculum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum hardware architectures and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding
