Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for fault-tolerant computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware interfaces
- Develop proprietary error-correction methodologies for qubit stability
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent disclosures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics principles
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit or Cirq programming frameworks
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and assembly-level optimization
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects
