Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 2026-scale quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems

- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards
- Prototype quantum machine learning models for drug discovery simulations
- Present findings at annual Quantum Computing World Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and quantum gate operations
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware testing
