Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in cryptography and machine learning
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims in fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for commercial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate decoherence in 1000+ qubit systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent disclosures for quantum IP portfolio
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant architectures
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and variational circuits
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
