Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to advance quantum hardware reliability

- Secure federal grants and private investment for quantum computing initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of published research in quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Experience securing DoE or NSF research grants preferred
