Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols to enhance computational reliability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance on real quantum processors
- Lead research projects targeting breakthroughs in quantum supremacy applications
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Partner with industry leaders to implement quantum solutions for real-world problems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
