Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum systems with 100+ qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Lead research on topological qubit implementations for fault tolerance
- Publish findings in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in quantum simulation and hardware-software co-design
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
