Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for next-gen computational challenges

- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing applications in finance and cryptography

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong publication record in top-tier scientific journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
