Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Published record in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 3 first-author papers)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum theories into practical applications
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum information theory
