Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces

- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum innovation initiatives
- Author white papers shaping IEEE/ISO quantum computing standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
