Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop error mitigation strategies to enhance quantum processor stability and coherence

- Lead cross-functional projects with industry partners to implement quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and healthcare

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
