Qualifications

- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and neural network optimization
- Experience with technology commercialization and scaling
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Strong track record of securing government innovation grants
