Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims using 50+ qubit systems
- Develop error mitigation protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and white papers on quantum breakthroughs
- Present research findings at international conferences and industry symposia
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
